The African in the photo signed a contract with the Russian Armed Forces; he is already in Russian military uniform, but for Russian Nazis he is just a Black man they do not feel sorry for. This is the real face of the part of Russian society that supports the war. Not pretty talk about “brotherly peoples” and “multinational Russia,” but cynical calculation.
The fate of this African is already sealed. In a few months he will go missing, and his family will never hear anything about him again. At the unit headquarters, his status will be changed to MIA and that will be the end of it. Recruiters will send new ones, and so the cycle will continue.
