Authorities in the Moscow Region banned the sale of gasoline to minors
Deputies of the Moscow Regional Duma passed a law banning the sale of “fuels and lubricants” to minors in the Moscow Region.
Under the law, the only exception is for “teenagers who have the official right to operate mopeds or light motorcycles.”
Igor Bryntsalov, chairman of the Moscow Regional Duma, said the law is needed to “bring order to the roads and, most importantly, to protect our residents.”
It is about “reducing accident rates involving sports motor vehicles, including pit bikes and ATVs,” TASS writes.
