The Insider: Security forces have begun inspecting drone manufacturers that received grants under a national project

In Russia, companies in the unmanned aviation systems sector that received government grants have begun to be inspected. Over the past few days, security forces have visited two major players in the industry: residents of the National Technology Initiative (NTI) and participants in the national project "Unmanned Aviation Systems."

In Belgorod, a court remanded into custody Yury Kozarenko, the former CEO of the company Future Transport. He is accused of fraud on an especially large scale. According to Avia.pro, the criminal case is connected to the alleged theft of about 70 million rubles allocated for fulfilling a state defense order for the production of drones.
