As Mediazona notes, among others hit by the ban were popular bloggers — for example, otesayy (1.4 million followers) and typahanter (780.7 thousand).

Alabuga Polytech college is part of the special economic zone of the same name in Tatarstan. After the start of the war, Alabuga began mass production of Shahed drones. Since 2023, teenagers studying at the college have been recruited for this production.
