A new prisoner exchange, the first in two months. 103 for 103.
In total, since the 1000-for-1000 exchange announced on May 9, 653 people on each side have been exchanged.
As before, half of the returned Russian POWs were found by relatives through the "I Want to Find" project. The project provided families with confirmation of the fact of captivity, and that helped secure POW status for them in Russia.
As before, there are major problems with locating Ukrainian POWs in Russia. They are being held in pre-trial detention centers scattered across the country rather than in special camps, as required by the Geneva Conventions.
