The Moscow court liquidated the Urban Projects foundation of Ilya Varlamov and Maxim Katz

The Khoroshevsky District Court of Moscow made the decision in response to a lawsuit from the Justice Ministry. Earlier, the ministry had inspected the foundation's activities for 2022–2024. It concluded that there were violations in its work.

The foundation was inspected "for compliance of its activities with the goals предусмотренным учредительным документами", as well as for compliance with Russian law. What specific violations were involved was not specified.
