Wildberries head reminds that the marketplace is not obliged to compensate sellers for merchandise lost due to the drone strike. But added that the company is "working out the scale of payments to sellers and other financial support measures"
Tatyana Kim wrote about this on her Telegram channel.
She said that the families of those killed as a result of the drone attack on Wildberries warehouses will receive two million rubles each, and those seriously injured will receive one million.
"All of our partners are also concerned about the issue of compensation for merchandise that was stored at our facilities. Despite the emergency situation and the absence of an obligation to compensate for lost merchandise, we are already working out the scale of payments to sellers and other financial support measures. We will обязательно provide you with detailed information on the seller portal about these payments, the measures, and the procedure for receiving them. Thank you for your words of support, together we are stronger," she said.
