▪️We analyzed the available data from our intelligence services on Russian planning for offensive operations in the Chernihiv-Kyiv direction. There are five Russian scenarios for expanding the war through northern Ukraine.

▪️We are preparing responses if the Russians really decide to expand their aggression. Ukrainian forces in that direction will be increased.

▪️I instructed Ukraine's Foreign Ministry to prepare measures of diplomatic influence regarding Belarus, which may be used by Russia to expand the war. Ukrainian intelligence services have also received corresponding non-public assignments.

▪️We took note of information about Russia preparing new mobilization steps - another 100,000 people.

▪️We believe that, as of today, Russia lacks such capacity for covert mobilization, so Russian political decisions of a different format should be expected, in particular like those recently seen in Transnistria.

From me:

1. So far there are no new signs of troop deployment on the territory of Belarus. For now, based on Zelenskyy's statement, this is about intentions rather than implementation. As soon as the implementation stage begins, there will be satellite images. So far there are none. Just stating the fact.

2. As for an expansion of mobilization, that is quite likely; the Z crowd are practically screaming about it. The only thing is, they will mobilize from inside Russia, not from somewhere else. It is unlikely to be possible in Transnistria; they physically cannot get there, and there is no one there to mobilize - the population of Transnistria is 450,000 people.
