Poland’s special services reported the detention of three citizens of the country suspected of espionage on behalf of Russia

According to data from Poland’s Internal Security Agency, the detention took place on May 12 in Bialystok (the city is located near the border with Belarus). The detainees are between 48 and 62 years old.

They are suspected of providing Russia with information that could have harmed Poland. In addition, according to the investigation, the detainees were involved in raising funds to purchase equipment for the Russian army, and also provided propaganda support for Russian aggression against Ukraine.
