Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said that the “Kremlin sees no risks” of fuel supply disruptions in Russia because of Ukrainian drone strikes on refineries. Answering a corresponding question from journalists, Peskov said (quote via “You Listened”):

Indeed, in some areas production may, may be reduced. This, by the way, is also connected with seasonal maintenance work. But overall the entire fuel balance has been calculated and has the necessary compensation system.

The Energy Ministry, he added, “is keeping this issue under constant control.”

“Govorit NeMoskva” writes that residents of Ryazan, where an oil refinery was attacked by drones in May, are reporting shortages of AI-95 and AI-92 gasoline at city gas stations. Local authorities have not yet commented on the reports of gasoline supply disruptions in the city.
