Oryol Governor urged people to report those with a “speech accent” because of sabotage threats
Andrei Klychkov said this on his social media, as noted by the outlet “7x7”.
He said that the “enemy continues attempts to harm our region,” and also “strikes civilian infrastructure, prepares sabotage.” Therefore, “everyone’s help is important.”
Klychkov urged people to report to the security forces “suspicious individuals who are poorly oriented in the area and have a speech accent.” As well as campsites in the forest, hidden caches, drones, camouflaged cameras, and radios.
“If you see something suspicious, do not under any circumstances go near it, do not try to touch, move, or dismantle anything. It may be deadly dangerous,” he noted.
