The government has allowed drivers without a leg or an arm to operate trucks, trolleybuses, and trams, according to an order published on the legal information portal.

The following were removed from the list of contraindications:

▪️ absence of an upper limb or hand;

▪️ absence of a lower limb or foot;

▪️ significant deformity of the hand or foot;

▪️ absence of fingers or their phalanges.

Now the only contraindication is the absence of both limbs or hands, as well as deformity that makes arm movement difficult.
