Ozon removed warehouse addresses in Russia from its website
Ozon removed the addresses of 56 warehouses in Russia from the public "Knowledge Base" help section, noticed by "Vot Tak". At the same time, the addresses of the company's four foreign logistics centers (in Astana, Almaty, Minsk, and Yerevan) are still available.
In the section dedicated to sellers working with Ozon warehouses, the company publishes basic information about logistics centers, including names, opening hours, details, and contacts. However, the entries for Russian warehouses now no longer contain physical and legal addresses, links to coordinates in Yandex Maps, or directions.
It is unknown exactly when Ozon hid the addresses. "Vot Tak" found a message about their disappearance published on August 3 in a профильном sellers' chat. At the same time, as recently as July 21, one of the chat participants posted the address of Ozon's warehouse in Vnukovo, noting that they had taken it from the "Knowledge Base."
Ozon support told sellers that the exact address and route directions are now provided individually.
🔵On the night of August 23, the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck an Ozon warehouse in Orenburg, the second attack on the company's centers in two days. Yesterday, the company's logistics complex in Samara region caught fire.
