1. The movement of civilian freight transport through occupied Kherson region has been halted on the key R-280 Rostov-Simferopol highway (1), says gauleiter Saldo. This was done to reduce traffic so that military equipment and fuel trucks can move freely at high speed, lowering the risk of being hit by drones. On the map (2) are geolocated strikes by Ukrainian UAVs on Russian military equipment on the R-280 highway or near it. The strike range is 50-90 km depending on the launch point. Interesting why they restricted precisely the Kherson section, since the main strikes hit the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia sections. Maybe in connection with this strike, no idea. 2. Restrictions have been introduced on fuel sales in Sevastopol. The limit is 20 liters per vehicle or per jerrycan. These are the first restrictions on fuel sales in the new season.
