Drones attacked the academic building and dormitory of the Starobilsk college of the pedagogical university, said LPR head Leonid Pasechnik.
According to him, 86 children were in the dormitory at the moment of the strike, 35 people received injuries of varying severity. One person was killed. Rescuers continue working at the strike site; another 18 people may still be under the rubble.
