State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said this on his Telegram channel.

Also today, the head of Rosselkhoznadzor, Sergey Dankvert, said there were problems with supplies from Armenia “not only of flowers, but also of vegetables and fruit.” From May 22, Rosselkhoznadzor introduced restrictions on the import of flowers from Armenia.
