It is clear that the old ghouls need some way to kill time “until dark.”

They could spend their tedious daytime hours dusting donuts with powdered sugar or gluing little boxes together.

Instead, the ghouls once again gave a pointless press conference; jiggled their jowls on television,

licked their fangs and claws, and carried on about how they “love people.”
