Russia places politician Garry Kasparov on the international wanted list
This was done over charges in a case involving justification of terrorism and two counts of violating the rules governing the activities of a “foreign agent.”
The case against Kasparov was opened in February of this year, and in December 2025 the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow ordered the politician’s arrest in absentia in the case of justifying terrorism online.
