In Kursk Region, eight people were injured in attacks over the past day, nine apartment buildings in Kursk were damaged, the governor says

Eight people were wounded as a result of attacks on Kursk Region, Governor Alexander Khinshtein reported. Three people were injured in Kursk and four in Lgov. Another man suffered severe injuries after stepping on an explosive device on the Rylsk-Lgov road, the governor said. According to Khinshtein, there were no fatalities.

In Kursk, drones preliminarily struck four apartment buildings. In Lgov, a bus, a grocery store, and a bus stop came under attack. The injured include a bus driver and a 40-year-old Belarusian citizen.

Later, Khinshtein уточнил that nine apartment buildings and 34 cars were damaged in different parts of Kursk. Damage was also recorded in Oboyan, Lgov, and the Rylsky and Kurchatovsky districts. According to official data, from 9 a.m. on July 18 to 9 a.m. on July 19, air defense forces 120 drones over Kursk Region.
