1-2 - Kstovo, Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez refinery, also known as NORSI. Several processing units, internal node infrastructure, and shared plant facilities were hit, - Reuters. This was the eighth successful strike on NORSI; the previous one was on July 2.
3-4 - Donetsk, a strike on the underground parking garage of an unfinished residential complex by developer "Mako Holding," owned by Viktor Yanukovych's elder son. Six missiles hit the underground parking garage. Presumably, there was a Russian Armed Forces command post there, - "KiberBoroshno". No civilian casualties.
▪️"Izvestia" wrote about 10 dead, after which the post was deleted. It was probably referring to dead military personnel, - "Current Time". Local residents saw military personnel being led out and the wounded being carried out, - Exilenova+.
5-6 - Donetsk, the former building of UkrGosNIIplastmass. The facility was used as a concealed deployment point for Russian Armed Forces personnel, - Exilenova+. The facility was literally wiped to zero.
▪️The attack was combined; Storm Shadow fragments were found at the strike site, - "Oko Gora".
7-9 - Kotovsk, Tambov region, one of the last largest Wildberries warehouses was finished off. According to calculations by "Agentstvo", a total of 1.3 million m² of warehouse space out of the 1.6 million m² total area of the ten largest warehouses has been burned.
Shelters and Warehouses Hold Until Impact
Strikes hit a refinery, hidden troop sites, and a major marketplace warehouse.
Concealment kept working right up to impact.
