Medvedev again said there are "no plans for mobilization" in Russia. The last time he said this was exactly a month ago

This was reported by the deputy chairman of Russia's Security Council while speaking to participants at the New Media Festival, TASS reports.

"There are no plans for mobilization in our country. We have quite enough of our guys who are fighting after signing a contract, doing it voluntarily, based on their patriotic convictions. They fight like heroes, but they do it consciously," Dmitry Medvedev noted.

Exactly one month ago, on July 28, Medvedev also claimed that there was "no need" for mobilization, and that rumors about it were "nonsense" and a "lying provocation."
