Ukrainian monitoring channels report the likely use by Russia of the "Oreshnik" against the city of Bila Tserkva in Kyiv region (in the video). There is currently no data on damage or casualties.
▶️In addition, Kyiv has already been under a massive attack by UAVs and ballistic missiles for more than an hour. Launches of air-launched ballistic "Kinzhal" missiles at the city of Starokostiantyniv in Khmelnytskyi region have been recorded.
