The EU announced new measures against Russia after the "Oreshnik" strike

EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said that the foreign ministers of ევროკავშირის countries will discuss increasing pressure on Russia next week, including because of the overnight "Oreshnik" strike on Ukraine:

Russia has reached a dead end on the battlefield, so it is terrorizing Ukraine with deliberate strikes on city centers.

These are vile acts of terror aimed at killing as many civilians as possible.

The EU’s top diplomat called the strikes with the "Oreshnik," designed to carry nuclear warheads, "a political tactic of intimidation and reckless brinkmanship on the edge of nuclear war."
