Vladimir Putin said this during a visit to Moscow Pedagogical State University.
While speaking with teachers, one of them said that he had been to the North Pole. Putin decided to comment on it.
"Can you imagine, and right there nearby, killer whales live there... They eat those (polar — ed.) bears like tiny fish. Yes. They just attack in a pack like that, and boom... Tear them to pieces. It’s all very interesting. Such a food chain. Children need to be told about this too. So that they understand what kind of world we live in. And why we are carrying out the special military operation," he said.
Putin did not explain the analogy.
