The most generous priest will find you. In Lyubertsy, a priest poured water over parishioners from a chalice during a service
In a video made by one of the parishioners, you can see the clergyman, to shouts of “Christ is risen!”, first sprinkling believers with holy water using a special aspergillum, and then, smiling, pouring the contents of the chalice straight onto people
The cathedral rector Vyacheslav Novak assured that parishioners receive this kind of sprinkling with joy.
“There is a tradition in the Russian Orthodox Church when a priest sprinkles water. In one church or another, from time immemorial, a spiritual father or bishop may sprinkle people like this from a bowl — it is a kind of joy. People receive it with joy. I have been in the church for more than 30 years, and no one has ever complained,” he told the outlet Pod'yom

Joy Came Directly From The Chalice
A Lyubertsy priest poured chalice water onto parishioners during service.
No complaints, so joy is confirmed.
