🔴 Ruslan Gadzhiyev is Senator Suleiman Kerimov’s nephew, and he has been tied to Moscow his entire life. He has neither an apartment nor a business in Tatarstan. But we found real estate owned by his family in Serebryany Bor and Dubai worth nearly 1 billion rubles.
🔴 Maksim Topilin is also a Muscovite. A former labor minister who first said there would be no pension reform, and then helped carry it out. His family owns real estate in Moscow and Bulgaria, and in Tatarstan, once again, nothing.
Yet for the past five years, these two United Russia politicians have officially been listed as the republic’s representatives in the State Duma. They vote for laws and make decisions on behalf of people to whom they have no connection.
