On the night of May 22, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the city of Starobilsk in the Luhansk region annexed by Russia. As a result of the drone attack, the buildings of a local college were partially destroyed. Twenty-one people were killed. And Russia, on the night of May 24, attacked Kyiv and cities in Kyiv region with drones and missiles. The “Oreshnik” missile was used in the strike.
