“I spoke with SBU chief Oleksandr Poklad. Unfortunately, a Russian drone hit the SBU’s central building on Volodymyrska Street in Kyiv, opposite Saint Sophia Cathedral. All emergency services are at the scene. Everyone who was injured will receive the necessary assistance. The drone was aimed directly at the office of the SBU chief in this building. I tasked Poklad with responding to the Russians for this strike adequately, tangibly, and, if possible, symmetrically, once everything is prepared. Our military will support this response,” Zelensky wrote
