Semyon Slepakov has been arrested in absentia in a “foreign agent” case

The ruling on the arrest in absentia was issued by Moscow’s Basmanny District Court. It ordered that Slepakov be placed in custody for two months from the moment he is handed over to Russia in the event of extradition or deportation, or from the moment of his actual detention on Russian territory.
