This was reported to journalists by Ukrainian presidential communications adviser Dmytro Lytvyn, reports RBC-Ukraine.
“When it comes to protection against ballistic missiles, we rely almost exclusively on the United States,” Volodymyr Zelensky said in the letter, reports the Kyiv Independent, citing a document in the editorial office’s possession.
