Wildberries sellers complained that they are unable to retrieve their goods from the company’s warehouses
After the Ukrainian attacks on Wildberries warehouses last weekend, sellers on the platform have been unable to remove goods from the warehouses, three entrepreneurs told Vyorstka, and Vyorstka found more than 10 similar complaints in specialized chats.
According to the sellers, they cannot personally come and pick up goods from a Wildberries warehouse. The only existing way to remove goods is to arrange a “return” to an order pickup point (PVP), the entrepreneurs explained to Vyorstka.
To do this, the seller must choose up to five convenient pickup points and pay a commission. However, since Sunday, at the request confirmation stage, a message appears saying “The pickup point is overloaded,” the entrepreneurs claim. There they are also advised to “reduce the quantity of goods,” wait, or change the pickup point, but none of these measures helps.
“Dear colleagues! SOS!!! How do I remove my goods from a WB warehouse? I arrange a return in my personal account, and the system says the pickup points are loaded. I tried all the ones in the city and even small nearby towns. I also reduced the quantity, same message. What should I do?”, sellers write in chats.
According to them, entrepreneurs from different regions of Russia have encountered the inability to retrieve goods from warehouses: Tula region, Moscow region, Krasnodar Krai, and Tatarstan.
“At first I thought maybe the pickup point really couldn’t hold the 100 items I added for return. But then I tried changing pickup points: I went through about 20 options and combinations, even looked in other cities,” one of the sellers told Vyorstka.
According to him, the pickup point where he wanted the goods returned is in the neighboring building, and the PVP staff said there is no overload.
“I went there and checked. The staff said there are no restrictions and the point is not overfilled, everything is operating as usual. The point is less than half loaded,” the entrepreneur said.
At the same time, Wildberries has not officially announced any restrictions. Sellers say the marketplace’s support either does not answer them or says it will respond “as soon as there is a solution.”
“So there is no official ban, the company can blame it on a website error and so on. But in fact, the goods cannot be returned. Even from warehouses that were not damaged. As far as we know, there is no other way to return them,” one of the sellers told Vyorstka.

Returns Exist Only On Screen
Sellers cannot retrieve goods although pickup points, by their account, are not overloaded.
The ban came disguised as a site error.
