Z channels spread a satellite image of the aftermath of an "Oreshnik" strike near Kyiv. It turned out to be fake

A satellite image of an airfield near Kyiv allegedly struck was published by a number of Z channels, including "Voyennyy Obozrevatel," "Mayor Grom," Divgen, and "Ramzay."

"Two strikes hit the airfield's runway, so for some time Ukraine will not be able to use it as a jump airfield. The orange marks show the impacts on the notorious underground military facility," the channels wrote.

After that, the pro-Russian Aerospace Forces Telegram channel Fighterbomber (Ilya Tumanov) was forced to admit that it was a "badly drawn fake."

"They should've drawn 36 craters then. Run out of chalk or what? Felt sorry for the khokhol? Who scams people like that. We won't defeat the khokhols like this. You have to draw on a bigger scale."

Another Z channel, "Neformalnyy Osvedomitel," called the image "neuro-slop" and noted that "the war in Iran taught them nothing."

At the same time, Tumanov confirmed that on May 24 Russia launched two "Oreshniks" at Ukraine.

"I think the real objective control footage of the second strike will be shown to the public in the near future. And yes, the second 'Oreshnik' hit exactly on target in territory controlled by the enemy," the Z channel claims, without specifying what the target was or where it was located.

Earlier, OSINT analysts analyzed video from cameras in occupied Donetsk at the moment of the attack on Kyiv, where the fall of six submunitions characteristic of the "Oreshnik" can be seen. ISW assumes that the second missile may have fallen in Russian-controlled territory, 40 km from the front line, where Russian positions may have been located.
