Russians are massively reporting disruptions in App Store operation — the store won’t open, apps won’t download.
According to the international research project OONI, the number of anomalous connections to Apple resources began to grow on July 16. Over the following several days, the site’s availability dropped to about 30-40%. For the App Store, that figure is about 60%. There are no similar problems in other countries.
