An open war has been declared on us,” Lavrov said.
“An open war has been declared on us,” Lavrov said.
According to him, the prospects for coexistence and cooperation with the West have “vanished into oblivion.”
No one expected the old deadbeat to suddenly get smarter. But there was hope that Lavrov would manage to stay within the bounds of his usual lies and lamentations.
No such luck.
Apparently someone shoved a red-hot awl up the minister’s anus, and now he is trumpeting everywhere that Europe has “declared open war on the Russian Federation.”
It is likely that this very “open war” by all of Europe will be the sauce in which Putin intends to serve up the disgrace of a paralyzed front and defeat in Ukraine.
Lavrov is now mumbling about intrigues and Russophobia, about the civilized world’s age-old hatred for the country of eternal Gulags.
Poor little minister.
He probably understands how ridiculous he looks.
And the embarrassment could have been avoided.
Had the Russian Federation sat quietly by its 45 million pit latrines and not gone off to devour its neighbors “in three days,” there would have been neither disgrace nor Russophobia.
All dictatorships break their necks once they decide to venture into the outside world.
North Korea’s Kim (a fool’s fool, seemingly) barks, but keeps quiet within the borders drawn for him. He understands that a tank outing would be followed by liposuction he might not survive.

Lavrov Found the War Outside
Lavrov said open war had been declared on Russia.
When the front stalls, the enemy must grow larger.
