Rusagro agroholding placed under the management of Rosselkhozbank

This follows from data in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The change was entered into the register on May 28 — Rosselkhozbank’s structure, RSHB-Finance, received the status of the holding’s managing organization.

🔵Rusagro founder Vadim Moshkovich and the holding’s former CEO Maxim Basov were arrested in late March 2025 in a case involving especially large-scale fraud and abuse of authority.

🔵On May 5, 2026, Moscow’s Khamovniki District Court partially granted the Prosecutor General’s Office lawsuit regarding the seizure of Moshkovich’s property. A controlling stake in PJSC Rusagro Group was transferred to the state.

🔹As writes The Bell, this is not the first nationalized asset for Rosselkhozbank. Before this, RSHB-Finance was given management of the business of Russia’s largest confectionery holding KDV (“Kirieshki,” “Yashkino”), canned food producer Glavprodukt, pasta producer Makfa, wine holding Ariant, and grain trader Rodnye Polya.
