A missile alert regime has been introduced in the Chelyabinsk, Kurgan, and Tyumen regions, as well as in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra and Perm Krai. A missile alert has also been declared in the Rostov, Volgograd, and Voronezh regions.
Update: A missile alert has been declared in Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug for the first time.
