Romania is closing Russia’s Consulate General in the city of Constanta.

This was announced by the country’s president, Nicusor Dan. The Russian consul general has been declared persona non grata.

Putin was briefed on the drone incident in Romania, Peskov said. The Kremlin has not yet made any other comments on what happened.
