A “mobile point” for signing military contracts was set up in the courtyard of a technical college in Khabarovsk — Ostorozhno, Novosti

A vehicle has been placed on the grounds of the Khabarovsk College of Technosphere Safety and Industrial Technologies, where students are being offered the chance to sign a contract with the Defense Ministry, Ostorozhno, Novosti reports, citing local residents.

A banner advertising a contract in the drone troops was also placed on the college building. A similar banner, promising an “academic leave” and “admission to university without competition,” appears on the educational institution’s website.
