Property worth nearly a billion rubles was seized from the former chairman of the Krasnodar Regional Court — real estate, cash, and 36 kilograms of gold
A court in Krasnodar seized property worth 900 million rubles that belonged to Alexander Chernov, the former chairman of the Krasnodar Regional Court.
The former judge reportedly had six land plots, more than one hundred nonresidential premises, two residential houses, 22 million rubles, and 36 kilograms of gold in bars and coins seized from him.
The case materials say that Chernov “engaged in illegal activity, secretly owned and managed business entities, and derived criminal income from their unlawful commercial activity.”
