Sea tourism in Balaklava may be banned because of the large-scale Rotenberg brothers projectThe Sevastopol authorities are preparing restrictions that would ban sea trips from Balaklava to Cape Aya for owners of excursion boats and small vessels, The Insider reports. This is happening amid the construction of a hotel-and-yacht project linked to brothers Arkady and Boris Rotenberg.

The new rules for the Cape Aya nature reserve provide for a ban on vessels being in the reserve’s waters, except for transit or non-stop passage, as well as a ban on disembarking people from vessels onto the reserve’s territory and waters.

💜Earlier, Verstka reported that the Rotenberg brothers had taken control of at least 10 land plots in Balaklava Bay that had previously been seized from their owners.

The billionaires from Putin’s inner circle needed this real estate in order, on his instructions, to build a large-scale yacht marina in the former military bay.
