Kindergartens should receive “proper toys developed by domestic manufacturers on the basis of traditional spiritual and moral values,” First Deputy Education Minister Alexander Bugayev said at a meeting of the organizing committee of the All-Russian “Native Toy” competition.

“This is not a simple process, of course, but the work is underway. And educational organizations will be equipped with these toys,” the official noted.
