On the night of September 13, Ukrainian drones struck Nizhnekamsk in Tatarstan. A residential building was damaged, city mayor Radmir Belyaev said, and four people were injured. One of the drones, according to the head of Tatarstan, hit a tree, damaging a nearby car. Two people were killed, and two were hospitalized in serious condition.

In Krasnodar Krai, Ukrainian drones attacked an oil refinery in the city of Slavyansk-on-Kuban; eyewitnesses published photos and video of a fire on the facility’s grounds.
