First is just funny: while the Ukrainians were developing the PRISMA system together with Palantir, General Pavel Popov was looting Patriot Park and building himself a dacha at the state's expense :)

Second is objective: it turns out the Ukrainians have quietly taken out all three out of three rail ferries, so now there is nothing to supply Crimea with. I often see comments like, so what are these strikes, just mosquito bites! Well, here are the results of those "mosquito bites".
