Putin aide says internet shutdowns did not affect the economic decline
Maxim Oreshkin said this in an interview with Rossiya 1.
“The situation in the economy is very difficult. There is a shortage of resources, a shortage of personnel, which is hindering economic development. Structural changes are slow, and the introduction of technology is happening slowly. The figures we see for negative economic dynamics are not connected to this factor (internet shutdowns — ed.),” he noted.
