Some gas stations in St. Petersburg have started restricting fuel sales

Residents of the city told Fontanka about it.

At Kirishiavtoservis gas stations, they confirmed that at some filling stations, "in connection with recent events," sales have been temporarily limited to 50 liters per receipt.

"Our toughest situation is with AI-95. It has suffered the most in terms of production, primarily in Kirishi. And Rosneft has roughly the same story in Yaroslavl. The problem is not exactly massive and global. Yes, there are stations that are left without gasoline temporarily. But these are only some isolated gas stations, unpopular ones, with low throughput and in remote areas," the head of a major oil depot near St. Petersburg, closely connected to one of the country's largest oil companies, told the outlet.

🔵Kirishi is home to the Kirishinefteorgsintez refinery (KINEF), one of Russia's largest oil-refining enterprises. It is periodically attacked by Ukrainian drones.
