In Rostov Region, men in balaclavas took a Yabloko observer away from a polling station

Police detained Boris Miklyukov, an observer from Yabloko, at precinct election commission No. 58 in the settlement of Yuzhny in Azovsky District, the party’s press service reported.

Two plainclothes officers in balaclavas and one uniformed police officer came for him from Rostov-on-Don — roughly 100 kilometers away. Miklyukov was put into a non-service car and taken to Rostov-on-Don, presumably to police department No. 8. Yabloko noted that there is currently no contact with him.

The reasons for the detention are not yet known, but the party assumes it may be connected to a comment Miklyukov made on social media. The party did not specify which comment was involved.

🔵In Tambov Region, police are summoning Yabloko observers for talks — their list, submitted to the election commission, ended up with law enforcement: police officers in different districts of the region are calling observers appointed by the Yabloko party, seeking meetings with them, and also handing them warnings that unlawful actions during voting days are unacceptable.
