At SPIEF, a report on Russia’s future was presented in which the use of nuclear weapons was described as part of a “positive scenario” for the country’s development.

The report was prepared by the Tsargrad Institute of Orthodox oligarch Konstantin Malofeev with the participation of Alexander Dugin.

According to the presented scenario, by 2050 Russia must:

➡️ use nuclear weapons;

➡️ achieve victory in the “ideological war”;

➡️ annex Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv “and so on”;

➡️ see the collapse of the European Union.

Among the main threats to the country, the authors named defeat in the “SMO,” “replacement migration,” biotechnology, artificial intelligence, and the loss of financial sovereignty.

The main prescriptions proposed for saving Russia are:

➡️ “de-Westernization”;

➡️ “nationalization of the elite”;

➡️ autocracy

➡️ a cult of the family

According to Dugin, the report has already been presented at the General Staff Academy, and the need for a state ideology is “constantly discussed” in the presidential administration.
