A bust of Dzerzhinsky was unveiled on the grounds of the Chaika children's camp in the village of Chernoistochinsk near Nizhny Tagil.

As Vechernie Vedomosti reports, the initiator of the monument's installation was United Russia city council deputy Dmitry Kostennikov. Earlier, he bought the camp and is creating the sports-and-patriotic camp Pervy on its basis.

Dzerzhinsky's grandnephew Vladimir Dzerzhinsky took part in the opening ceremony.
