Natalia Kochuk, chair of the Duma of the Oktyabrsky District in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and director of the Priobskaya Primary School, posted a report about the school staff voting in the State Duma elections without deleting a paragraph about a received “technical assignment for information work,” Verstka noticed.

In Kochuk’s post on VK, it says that today is special for the school staff because of the “political event of the year” — the State Duma elections, when “each of us, with our vote, decides which path the country will continue to follow.”

“The future is created by everyone’s participation. Do not stand aside from the fate of the country. Come to the polling stations and vote as you think is right, making your personal contribution to our common tomorrow,” the post says.

After that, Kochuk, apparently forgetting to delete part of a manual sent by the leadership, wrote about a “technical assignment” for publications, as well as an instruction to involve state-run public pages in covering the vote and engage residents.

“We are sending a technical assignment for information work on social networks during voting days. Please involve municipal state-run public pages and ensure maximum public engagement. Files are attached (separately for state-run public pages and for residents),” the post says.

The publication also mentions the need to use hashtags related to the vote, the region, and the district. At the same time, the files referred to in the report were not attached. This part of the post has now been deleted, but, as Verstka noticed, it was available to view for about 50 minutes.
