United Russia lost the elections in most centers of anti-war emigration

The United Russia party did not take first place at most foreign polling stations in cities that became major centers of Russian emigration after the start of the full-scale war. The outlet Agentstvo reached this conclusion after analyzing Central Election Commission data on voting results at 27 foreign polling stations.

The New People party won at 18 of the 27 stations. At many of these stations, United Russia was not even second, but third, behind New People and the Communist Party. In Almaty, Barcelona, The Hague, Da Nang, Salzburg, Ljubljana, Prague, and Tel Aviv, New People won by the widest margins, receiving more than 50% of the vote.

In nine of the 27 cities, United Russia took first place. These included Baku, Bishkek, Riga, Istanbul, Sofia, and Hanoi. In Sydney, the margin was almost zero: 31.66% for United Russia and 31.35% for New People.
